GATHER VIA ZOOM WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
IN CELEBRATION OF MIDLAND’S SENIORS
Class of 2020
Saturday, May 30 at 4:45pm
We invite you to join us for the Graduation Ceremony of the Midland class of 2020 on Saturday, May 30th beginning at 4:45pm on Zoom.
For the first time ever, we will celebrate the graduation of our seniors digitally. A ritual traditionally backed by our iconic Midland landscapes and historic campus, hosted in the dusty June heat, attended by families and friends crammed onto old Stillman benches, graduation marks the transition of our campus leaders from students to alumni, high schoolers to college students, teenagers into adults. As we celebrate their ascension into the next journey of their lives, this time via Zoom, we hope you’ll join us in doing what we can to make this unprecedented moment special. To honor this moment, please dress formally as you would for our in-person ceremony.
Midland’s 2020 Graduation Ceremony will be a time to come together and pay our respects to a year that has challenged us but made us stronger. It is a time to celebrate, celebrate our resiliency AND our accomplishments. Please plan a celebration with your loved ones after the ceremony is over: a nice dinner, a walk, a special dessert.
