Andrew McCarthy studied Physics at St. Andrews University in Scotland, and received his BA in Journalism from Pepperdine University. He and his wife Beth are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and have three kids: Callie (Clark University ’26), Duncan (Midland ’17, Williams ’21, UBC ’23) and Shona (Colby ’18, Midland Staff 2018-21). Andrew has spent his career leading marketing teams for early and mid-stage technology companies, including PeopleSoft, Workday, and most recently Lyra Health.
